Shipping Policy

All of our products are manufactured by hand and on demand. Pre-made products should be prepared and dispatched within 1-2 weeks (1-14 days), while pre-orders should take 2-5 weeks. After the item is finished with production and is in our possession, shipments will start and be shipped to you!

Is my order missing? No, the shipping label has just been produced; it has not been LOST. To guarantee that every package has the correct item before it is packaged, shipping labels are prepared before the item is delivered to USPS & UPS. So make sure your order is "in transit" by keeping an eye on your tracking.

For packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses, we hold no accountability. Please be advised that you are TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE for paying the shipping costs for the shipment to be reshipped if your package is returned as a result of this issue. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN, PLEASE CONTACT USPS!
